Details

Dri-Rider fleece-lined waterproof full chaps are perfect for young riders who need dependable cold weather protection. Designed for everyday use, they offer a balance of waterproof performance and breathability to keep children comfortable in all weathers.

We use a traditional 3-layer construction which consists:

A durable taslon outer layer that is windproof and water repellent
A breathable impermeable membrane to allow moisture (sweat particles) out but does not let rain in
A micro fleece lining to add warmth without bulk
Taped seams to ensure waterproofness

We use only the best quality YKK zips - which run full length down the outside of the legs - and are covered by a storm flap. The ankle is secured by a velcro strap and the removable stirrup straps are adjustable.

Yes. The micro-fleece lining provides instant warmth and is, lightweight and breathable. You stay warm without bulk or overheating.

Can I wear them for things other than riding?

Yes. These full chaps are popular for yard duties, dog walking, shows and general outdoor work. If you're outside in the colder weather, they’re ideal.

Are they washable?

Yes, they are washable and designed for everyday use. Before washing, close zips and velcro. Wash at max 40 degrees with non-bio detergent and no fabric softener. Dry away from direct heat.
