What happens if I’m not happy with the riding chaps?

In this unlikely event, post them back to us at Just Chaps Ltd,Crickets Hollow, Kirdford, Billingshurst, West Sussex. RH14 0NJ, UK. If you’d like to exchange simply go online and order what you'd prefer. If you’d like a refund please let us know and we will organise this.

What happens if my half chaps are faulty?

How accurate are the sizings?

We aim to make our Sizing guide as helpful and as accurate as possible. However, it is useful to bear in mind what the half chaps are made from…

Neoprene chaps are the most stretchy and flexible to fit.

Leather Half Chaps need to fit as snug as possible. As the leather is unlined, it will give a little as you wear them.

Leather Gaiters are lined and will retain their structure. They will warm and mould to the leg but not give.

How long will it take for my half chaps to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within two working days. If you’re in a hurry please do call us on 01403 820887 or emailinfo@justchaps.comand we will do our best to send your order by speedier methods, obviously subject to extra postage costs.

How do I care for my half chaps?

All Purpose and Cool half chaps are washable at 30 degrees with the Velcro and zips fastened. Our Dri-Rider waterproofs are washable at 40 degrees – please only use non-bio washing liquid and no fabric softener. Our leather chaps can be treated as you would your leather tack. Suede chaps just need to be brushed when dry. Hang garments to dry away from direct heat. Direct heat will damange the impermeable lining of the waterproofs and reduce the life of your half chaps.
