Delivery & Returns

During these challenging times we are doing our best to continue to provide a prompt and efficient delivery service.

UK Orders: Delivery to the UK is FREE. We despatch UK orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday by Royal Mail 1st class. Whilst in normal times this is a 24 hour service, new COVID protocols are resulting in some delays.

And this year, Christmas deliveries will be even more challenging because of anticipated increases in online business and Royal Mail advise despatch on or before 21/12 for delivery in time for Christmas. We strongly advise customers to place orders as early as possible to be sure of delivery.

International Orders: The cost of international delivery will be calculated according to the weight of the products you have ordered and their destination. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International. You will be sent an email confirming that your order has been dispatched with a tracking link for your parcel. Royal Mail International state that delivery to Europe is up to five working days and the Rest of the World five - seven working days.

Exchanges 

At Just Chaps we want you to be able to “Buy with Confidence” and are happy to offer a no quibble exchange and returns policy. We understand that it’s not always possible to get the sizing right first time – do not worry – to exchange your order please fill in the Returns card (which you should have received with your order) and post them back to us. If you do not have a Returns card please include a note explaining which product or size you would like. Our address is:

Please note: You will be required to pay the postage on exchanges and refunds. We cannot exchange or refund any purchases where the goods are found to be damaged in any way. If in doubt - please contact us. We are here to help.

Returns : We offer a no quibble returns policy, however, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item and responsible for it until it reaches us. We will pay for the cost of returning defective goods, but retain the right to specify shipping method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.

Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event of there being a problem with any of our products we ask that you please email your concern to us at info@justchaps.com with details of the issue including where and when the chaps were bought.  A photo showing the issue would be helpful too.
