UK Orders: UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48. We charge £3.99 for orders below £75. UK P&P is free for orders over £75.
Royal Mail commits to delivery within 2/3 working days
International Orders The cost of international delivery will be calculated according to the weight of the products you have ordered and their destination. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail International and then by your local national postal service. You will be sent an email confirming dispatch with a tracking link for your parcel. Royal Mail International state that delivery to Europe will take up to five working days and the Rest of the World will take five - seven working days. Please check your spam/junk folder for emails.
At Just Chaps we want you to be able to “Buy with Confidence” and are happy to offer a no quibble exchange and returns policy. We understand that it’s not always possible to get the sizing right first time so do not worry.
Exchanges: For an exchange, please fill in the Returns card and post back to us at the address below, within 30 days. If you do not have a Returns card please include a note explaining which product or size you would like. Our address is:

Returns: We offer a no quibble returns policy. Please return the items as new and in their original packaging, within 30 days. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear into your credit/debit card account from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.
Please note: You will need to pay the postage on returns for exchanges and refunds. We cannot exchange or refund any purchases where the goods are found to be damaged in any way. If in doubt - please contact us. We are here to help.
Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event of there being a problem with any of our products, we ask that you please email your concern to us at info@justchaps.com with details of the issue including where and when the chaps were bought. A photo showing the issue would be helpful too. We commit to offering a repair, exchange or refund for faulty items and will refund the cost of returning the items.
