Unlike Dri-Rider Waterproof Riding Trousers, the Country Trousers do not have a non-slip riding seat or shaped knees. They suit customers who want practical wet-weather protection without riding-specific features.
What Practical Features Do the Country Trousers Have?
The Country Trousers are also available in three leg lengths to help customers find a better fit. Generous lower-leg zips make them easier to put on and remove over boots, while practical pockets provide useful storage. Reflective detailing also helps improve visibility in low-light conditions.
How Waterproof and Breathable Are the Country Trousers?
In particular, the Country Trousers use a two-layer waterproof fabric. It combines a durable outer fabric with a waterproof membrane and a separate breathable mesh lining for comfort. Taped seams help prevent water from entering through the stitching.
The fabric is tested to EN 343 3:3, with waterproof testing of up to 15,000 mm. Its breathable construction allows moisture vapour to escape during active outdoor use.
How Do You Care for Dri-Rider Country Trousers?
Machine wash the trousers on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 40°C using a mild, non-biological detergent. Do not use fabric conditioner, and allow them to dry naturally away from direct heat. The waterproof fabric does not require reproofing.
