How do I know what size I am?

What do I do if the chaps don’t fit?

No problem. Just return the chaps to us at South Acre House, South Harting, Petersfield. GU31 5LN If you’d like to exchange for a different size please enclose a note explaining just what you’d like Also please enclose a cheque for £3.75 to cover the extra p&P If you’d like a refund please let us know and we will organise this.

 

What happens if I’m not happy with the chaps?

What happens if my chaps are faulty?

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do. Shipping costs will be calculated when you order. As an example, one pair of half chaps to the EU costs approx £5, 2 pairs £8. Postage of one pair of half chaps to the USA or Australia is approx £8.00, 2 pairs £12.00 Please contact us on 01730 825 797 or info@justchaps.com with any queries

 

How accurate are the sizings?

We aim to make the sizing guide as helpful and as accurate as possible. However, it is important to consider which textile the chaps are made from.  For example a leather chap  may be very snug when new but will give a little, so too will suede. Chaps made from faux suede will not give. However, neoprene chaps are very stretchy and will give another 1-2cms over and above the guide on the sizing chart.

 

How long will it take for my chaps to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 days If you’re in a hurry please do call us on 01730 825 797 or email info@justchaps.com and we will do our best to send your order by speedier methods, obviously subject to extra postage costs.

 

How do I care for my chaps?

All our of neoprene, faux suede and combat chaps are washable – just a cool gentle  cycle please with the Velcro fastened down, Dri-riders and waterproof trousers can also have a gentle wash Our leather chaps can be treated as you would your leather tack Our suede chaps just need to be brushed when dry
