Exchanges and Returns
At Just Chaps we want you to be able to “Buy with Confidence” and are happy to offer a no quibble exchange and returns policy.
We understand that it’s not always possible to get the sizing right first time – do not worry – to exchange your order please contact the Just Chaps team on 01730 825797 or email@example.com in the first instance and let us know what’s wrong. Once you have received a response from us please return the item in the post with your requirements to:

Please note: You will be required to pay the extra post and packing on exchanges. We cannot exchange or refund any purchases where the goods are found to be damaged in any way.

Returns We offer a no quibble returns policy, however, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item and responsible for it until it reaches us. We will pay for the cost of returning defective goods, but retain the right to specify shipping method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear on your credit/debit card from the date we receive the return. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been refunded any amount.
